Folly and foolishness go hand in hand.  Much of today’s stories only excite a distasteful desire for disagreement.  Instead, a pure discussion from both sides would be beneficial.  Therefore, always have listening ears for circumstances to improve significantly for all.

Taking personal responsibility only comes as ethics bloom.  A vast portion of work can be done with little enthusiasm if the right environment exists.  Dodging blame onto others usually does a deed for a limited time.  Therefore, whole-hearted discipline outweighs ideals at all costs.

What is fair?  Hold on to what is expected and find a way to compromise when all else fails.  Administer a just outcome even if it seems impossible.  Look up and not down or to either side.

Advancements do come, but they are slow sometimes.  Therefore, it is wise to consider all options while waiting for the right opportunity.  Then maybe something will move with lightning speed.  In those rare cases, excel.
