Striking gold doesn’t happen the first time or many times later.  However, practicing to find it might bring out the genius within.  All that is important begins to manifest whether or not the “thing” is found.  The significant part might be what comes from within without the prize, as the award becomes intangible!

There is one thing for sure: time.   Slow is usually the sequence.  Yet, great courage is needed and sometimes expected for a cool, settling, and harmonious way to take shape.  Thus, find resilience in the facts that remain.

The journey in this life is seldom dull.  However, there can be lulls or breaks in time.  What is done during these events can and will shape future goals.  Learning and obtaining wisdom is critical to all things ahead.

Following protocol in an emergency saves lives.  Team spirit and training go a long way!  Determine to do everything with all the strength and energy available.  Take each day in stride.

Everything is not unanimous.  Many times agreements are made through struggles not always known to others around.  The skill of listening should be paramount for a consensus to be reached.  All can expect something good from the sessions that take talent to produce.

Pick accuracy over irrational emotions at every turn.  Take great care for the core beliefs to unfold.  Then make a determined and hopefully educated decision upon which course of action to be taken.  If any, at all.

There will never be a time of complete satisfaction.  However, allowing the proper attitudes to enlarge conceivable desires will usher in a distinct enthusiasm.  Then playing around might be perceived as nonsense when, in truth, it brings about a wonderful release and realization of facts.  Finally, all indicators point forward again.

Folly and foolishness go hand in hand.  Much of today’s stories only excite a distasteful desire for disagreement.  Instead, a pure discussion from both sides would be beneficial.  Therefore, always have listening ears for circumstances to improve significantly for all.

Taking personal responsibility only comes as ethics bloom.  A vast portion of work can be done with little enthusiasm if the right environment exists.  Dodging blame onto others usually does a deed for a limited time.  Therefore, whole-hearted discipline outweighs ideals at all costs.

What is fair?  Hold on to what is expected and find a way to compromise when all else fails.  Administer a just outcome even if it seems impossible.  Look up and not down or to either side.
